I can’t believe that this is already the last weekend of May! I’ve been extremely busy this month, but I obviously had to make a blog post about the best bullet journal themes of this month. There were so many amazing themes this month from such talented artists, picking the absolute best was a difficult task. I finally decided on these creators because of their originality and amazing colour palettes (I love a good colour pallet!).
The first theme that I’m sharing is created by @stationerynat, who made this amazing knitting/sewing/crochet theme. This theme is full of doodles with lots of details, this must’ve taken so much time to make. Natalie her themes are always full of details so if you’re into that, make sure to take a look at her Instagram account!
Next up is Miranda who is also known as @thatbujolady! She created this crazy original cereal theme for her May bullet journal set-up. I love everything about this theme, the colours and doodles are beautiful and the layouts that she created with them all look amazing. I honestly can’t wait to see what she’ll make for her June pages.
Margot from @margot.bujo made a beautiful embroidery theme for May. This also reminds me to start embroidering again. It’s always such a fun activity, especially during summer while sitting in the garden. The way that Margot incorporated the embroidery theme into her spreads is amazing, all the round shapes make each page look original!
I was absolutely amazed by @papyrophie her platypus theme this month! All of her pages feel so original, every doodle is different and fits perfectly into the page layouts. Sophie’s themes always look amazing and I can’t wait to see what she has in store for June!
I got more amazing animal themes to show you! This one is completely different and has such an artistic feel to it. There is only one artist who can create such amazing artwork in her bullet journal and that is @artbyadorel. She has been featured in these inspiration blog posts before because she is so talented. I love that this theme is completely different compared to what she makes normally! I also wanted to take a minute to appreciate the super cool lettering in this theme, LOVE IT!
A koi fish theme is always a good idea, making it in a journal with black paper is even a better idea. @thizidizi.bujo shows that this theme is even more beautiful on black paper. It gives such a different feel to the theme! In my opinion, this one is done perfectly! This really makes me want to try a black journal!
Next up is this super cute rainbow theme by @bulletjournal_by_danique! I absolutely fell in love with her colour scheme! A cute colour scheme is so important for a rainbow theme and Danique absolutely nailed it!
This flower theme by @doodlelou.co feels so fresh and calm, perfect for spring! I’m in love with all of the weekly spreads that she made this month, especially this one on the right! The black boxes and circles with white letters look amazing in this theme!
This greenhouse cover by @bridgetsjournal immediately caught my eye at the beginning of this month! I’m a massive plant lover and this greenhouse brought a massive smile to my face! All the little plant doodles looked amazing and I loved to see them in her doodle style!
Last but not least is this super cute flower and gardening theme by @letsplanwithmimi! I’m loving the colours and cute doodles in this theme! Makes me want some good weather to plant some seeds. I’m also loving her habit tracker layout!! The coloured dots look so bright and happy!
I hope you got some bullet journal inspiration from these amazing May bullet journal themes. Make sure to tag the creator when you recreate any of their pages! See you soon!
