The best January 2021 Bullet Journal Theme Ideas

January 2021 is finally here and I was so excited to see all the new bullet journal themes this month. I find January one of the most difficult months when it comes to deciding a theme and let me tell you, these creators have set the bar high this year. I found so many new creators this month with gorgeous themes, so I hope to give you some new people to follow as well!

Head in the clouds

The first theme that caught my eye was this one by @bujowithsarahh. The doodles for this theme are simple, which means that it’s perfect to recreate or for bullet journal newbies! The cloud doodles are amazing but the colour scheme is even better in my opinion. I love how bright and fun these colours are and they totally brighten up my January!

A fellow dutchie of mine @ambersnotebooks created this beautiful clouds theme! Amber is great with watercolours, which gives such a special effect to her pages. The colours are make me so excited for spring, that time in the morning or evening when the sky is pink.

The next creator on this list is @vividscribbles who made more of an abstract clouds/sunrise theme! I love abstract art prints and this theme totally gives me those vibes!

Bright and colourful

I’m absolutely in love with this books theme by @bujowithbea! I love the style of doodles and the colours are bright and fun! Most book theme’s I’ve seen so far were more natural or focussed on cool colours, but I love a pop of colour like this!

And yes! I have anther book theme ready for you! This one is made by @journalwithrae she is using so many great colours for this theme and I love how her books are floating in the air! I hadn’t seen any of Rachels spreads before, but I’m so happy that I found her account this month!

The cool ones

These abstract, line art kind of spreads are totally my cup of tea! I love all the cool tones @priyanka.bujo used for this theme! Making a theme with these origami cranes is definitely added to my to do list after seeing these spreads!

Natalie from @stationerynat absolutely blew my mind when I saw this amazing gears theme inspired by an old clockwork printed on a book she owned. The detailes in this are amazing and all the patterns look so interesting!

Last but not least is this ocean in a bottle theme by @littlecreativejournals. The design on her cover spread looks beautiful and I love the little ocean doodles throughout the pages!
